The “Grand Prize” consists of a 2023 Toyota GR86 customized by Jonny Grunwald. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $80,159.24. The “First Prize” consists of a 2023 Toyota GR86 Replica Pin. ARV of each First Prize is $1.00. Total ARV of all Prizes is $80,659.24. Potential winners are subject to confirmation of eligibility and verification by Sponsor or its authorized representative before any Prize will be awarded. All federal, state/territorial, and local taxes payable in respect of a Prize, and any other applicable costs or fees not specifically referenced in the Official Rules of this sweepstakes (including but not limited to any additional features, upgrades and/or options to the Grand Prize vehicle outside of the customization performed by Jonny Grunwald and any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the Grand Prize) are the sole responsibility of the confirmed winner. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of a Prize, in whole or in part, is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a Prize, or a portion thereof, with a prize item or items of equal or greater value, if the Prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, without liability. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Valid in the 48 contiguous US, DC, and PR only. Any depiction of a Prize or any element thereof in promotional and advertising materials in connection with the sweepstakes is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual Prizes awarded.
