1928 Ford Phaeton
There is one (1) prize available. Subject to a minimum of $35,000 in donation proceeds received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the Prize is either a 1928 Ford Model A Phaeton or $15,000 in cash (“Prize”). In the event less than $35,000 in donation proceeds are received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the Sponsor will award 25% of the total donation proceeds to the qualified selected winner. As used herein, the term “total donation proceeds” means the gross proceeds received by the Sponsor from donations for Entries in the Sweepstakes. The determination by the Sponsor will be binding in all events other than a manifest error made by the Sponsor in the computation of the gross donations of the Sweepstakes.
