Tacoma TRD Sport
Winner will receive a 2024 Tacoma TRD Sport. The approximate retail value of the prize is $50,155.00. Any difference between the APV and actual prize value will not be awarded. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value. The Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local income taxes based on the value of the Truck as well as any applicable registration, license, title and insurance fees, and any expenses not listed herein related to receipt, possession, acceptance, and use of the Truck. The actual style, model, make color, design and features of the Truck may vary from any depictions of it in the promotion materials. The Sponsor will determine the style, model, make, color, design, and features including but not limited to exterior and interior. Prize vehicle may be used as a display vehicle for events regarding the Giveaway. Normal wear and tear of driving, including mileage as a display vehicle under 6,000 miles, will exist. Winner will be the first retail owner of the vehicle, and the vehicle will remain untitled until the Winner receives the prize. The Winner must show a valid driver's license and proof of insurance before the Truck will be awarded.
